At the beginning of 2018 I put a house for sale, in CABA in very bad condition with a nice plot. Patricia asked me for plans and title deeds. Fortunately all the papers were in order. The construction of the house was started by my paternal grandfather in 1932 and I lived there for some years, so the whole process was a bit sentimental but smooth. Patricia, with a set of keys, took care of taking photos, putting up posters, accompanying buyers to visit the property and answering phone calls. The buyer was a builder from San Isidro, Buenos Aires, she organised the whole transaction and it was a success! It was a nice experience! Thank you Patricia!
